Simple Truths

Recently our agency read a wonderful book about customer service. It's called "Customer Love" by Mac Anderson from the simple truths series. My personal favorite section was about "Humble Pie," which I highly recommend you check out. Here's the link to Mac's blog and the humble pie story:
