Bringing Back the Company Doc

Just another example of an old trend making a comeback: the company doctor. The struggle to find cost-effective healthcare has led some employers to take things into their own hands. Some businesses have found healthcare costs to be less by simply hiring their own physician, especially big companies.
But for smaller organizations, there are cost-effective options too. The article suggests requiring all employees under the company health plan to go the same clinic or group of providers.
Even easier, companies could recommend a list of area providers to staff, maybe even adding some sort of employee incentive if they switch.
