Most often when you think about keywords, your goal is to make it easy for people to find you on the web. Select the right terms and turns of phrase and your site can go right to the top of a Google search list.

But you can also use keywords as a kind of consumer research tool, to find out what consumers are looking for and how they describe it.

In the process you just might discover the right way to pitch your products to consumers surfing the emerging Healthcare Tsunami.

For example, entering “health insurance” at freekeywordstracker.com revealed that there were 9,608 searches, with 2,403 matching the term exactly. But there were about 1,935 searches with additional terms like “affordable,” “cheap,” “low cost,” “free” and variations thereof.

And it’s only the beginning. Make sure you’re using the right keywords. Check out “Keyword Research for Bloggers: A Comprehensive Guide” at www.copyblogger.com.
